Be proud of your small accomplishments.

Getting out of bed, showering, getting dressed, doing your hair or makeup, making a meal, making a phone call, doing laundry or cleaning a little bit.

You did something productive and you should be proud of yourself. No matter how small the task is, be proud.

Don’t focus on the big picture. Focus on making it through the day. I promise you can do it. Baby steps.
